Mr. Qiu is a serial entrepreneur with extensive international experience in early-stage company development. Prior to founding LeadSolar.Mr. Qiu has an MBA from the University of North Carolina, an MS in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University, and an MS in Applied Physics. His research on nanotechnology has received publicity from publications such as The New York Times and MIT Technology Review. He is co-author of over ten research papers and holds five patents in the area of nanotechnology-based security and medical systems.

Mr. Benguhe is a seasoned executive with a thirty year career in high technology industries. For the past seven years he has focused his expertise on companies involved in photovoltaics, with prior microinverter experience while working for Enphase Energy. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree with a specialization in Electro Optics.

Dr. Liang graduated from University of North Carolina, and has been engaged in the study of power electronics and high-efficiency photovoltaic power generation. He has done a lot of research work of photovoltaic microinverter, MPPT and topology and control technology of high efficiency soft-switching power electronic converters.

Prior to joing LeadSolar,he has served in execcutive positions at TaIDa.he has more than 10 years working experience of PV solar industries. He graduated from ZheJiang University earning a master degree.

Pan bring more than 15 years of experience in manufacturing purchasing and supply chain management experience, improve efficiency, reduce costs, improve quality and meet delivery has a wealth of experience.
